Doug has possessed a plumbers contractors license since September 1986 in California and August 1994 in Hawaii. Doug also is a certified backflow tester who is willing to perform the test(s) during off-working hours, providing minimum-to-no disruption of service to customers. Sally Manuwa has been an adminstrator for more than 20-years and has a degree in Business Adminstration with a secondary certificate of achievement in Accounting. Sally handles and processes all transactions for Manuwa Plumbing, Inc., to include accounts payable and accounts receivable.
